Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Printfresh pieces as much as we loved designing them. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Select Exchange or Refund

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or print, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
